Alfo Club Redemption Term and Condition

1. This redemption programme is open to all ALFO CLUB members
2. The member must present the membership card upon redemption of Gift at ay ALFO showroom, ALFO reserves the right not to entertain any redemption without proof of membership.
3. Redemption orders once accepted by ALFO cannot be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged, and the affected Points will not be reinstated.
4. Certain Gifts which are in the form of Vouchers, are valid for use only at participating outlets as mentioned on the vouchers. The vouchers are valid for use until the date specified and subject to the Term and Conditions(Which includes booking requirements,cancellation restrictions and limitations of liability)
5. If Voucher remain unsed after date specified, the vouchers will lapse and will not be replaced.
6. The voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
7. In the event that voucher is in the form of cash vouchers, the recipient will have to bear the difference if purchase of goods or services exceeds the vouchers value. If the purchase amount is less than the coucher valuem the diffrence will not be paid out to the recipient.
8. Only original vouchers will be accepted. Participating outlets will not accept damaged, defaced or photocopied vouchers.
9. The participating outlet also reserves the right to decline the vouchers if found to be forged, tampered, expired and the vouchers details do not match the recipient’s Identification Card.
10. The Vouchers may not be valid during promotions or special offers. As such, the recipient is required to refer to the participating outlets during the stipulated period of the voucher validity.
11. Please be advised that the participating outlets own Term and Conditions ( which includes reservation requirements, cancellation restrictions and limitations) will also apply.
12. Points awarded to the member is in accordance to the term and conditions
13. Points earned cannot be exchanged for cash or other item not under the redemption programme.
14. Each purchase of RM 1 is equivalent to 1 bonus point for lightings and 0.5 point for nett-priced items. This rate is subject to change without prior notice.
15. There is no expiry date for Gift redemption.
16. Membership can not be transferred and any redemption under another member’s card will not be entertained.
17. Any discount or free gift is subject to the stipulated terms and conditions.
18. Redemption can be made at all ALFO showrooms.
19. ALFO does not accept any liability whatsoever with respect to the Gift supplied by our merchant/supplier.
20. ALFO reserves the right to replace with a Gift of the same value in the event of non-availability of the Gift. All Gifts are available while stock lasts and ALFO reserves the right without any prior notice or reason to discontinue and/or replace any Gift featured herein with a different product.
21. Member must check the Gift upon redemption. The member is required to inform ALFO within three(3) days on any damage or defect. Any request made after that period will not be entertained.
