Terms & Conditions:
  1. This card is non-transferable and is for the exclusive use of the member.
  2. This card is the property of ALFO and must be surrendered upon request.
  3. This card is not a cash or credit card.
  4. Any discount or free gift is subject to the stipulated terms and conditions.
  5. This card can be used at all ALFO showrooms.
  6. Application of membership card is open to applicant above 18 years old.
  7. There is a RM10 chargeable fee upon signing of ALFO CLUB. In the event of loss of the card, a RM10 fee will be charged.
  8. ALFO may reject the application or issuance of the card and reserves the right not to disclose the reason whatsoever or even to terminate the membership without prior notice.
  9. ALFO reserves the right to amend or exchange the benefits and privileges enjoyed by the member without prior consent or notice.
  10. ALFO reserves the right to offer exclusive promotion for specified members only.
  11. Card member is to present the card before each transaction. The points will be collected and the member will be entitled to use the points as and when there is a redemption campaign.
  12. Points earned are not exchangeable for cash, transferred or sold to another cardholder. ALFO reserves the right not to entertain any refund for a transacted redemption.
  13. Points accumulated are valid for redemption at all ALFO showrooms.
  14. ALFO will send product catalogue and redemption booklet as and when the need arises.
  15. Any member who does not wish to receive these materials can call any of our showroom.
  16. Delivery, installation, repair and service charges are not included in the ALFO membership benefits.
  17. Members must ensure that all personal particulars submitted are correct and to keep ALFO informed of any change.
  18. ALFO must be informed immediately in the event of a loss of the card or change of address.
  19. ALFO reserves the right to use the member's database whenever necessary to facilitate better benefits, services or special offers for the member.
